Here at The Raynald Center, we can assure you that our fees are reasonable and our service is exceptional. Because of this, we want you to be confident that you are informed of what is included in your cost. We also want to be upfront about our payment, surgery scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies.
CONSULTATION
Consultations are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on a per-availability basis, but are highly discouraged.
Consultation fee is charged for doctor consultations. All doctor consultation fees are non-refundable and exclusive to the procedure (except for post-operative follow-ups*).
- Clinic consultation fee is one thousand five hundred pesos (P 1,500.00) payable at the time of scheduled appointment.
For our common safety, clinic consultation requires Covid-19 saliva test and wear of disposable personal protective equipment (PPE). Kit is included in your consultation fee.
- Online Consultation fee is one thousand pesos (P 1,000.00) payable on agreement of online consultation schedule. Confirmation and consultation link through google meet / zoom will be sent to you upon receiving payment.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, wire/bank transfer** and Paypal***. We strictly do not accept checks.
* Consultation of another procedure/treatment outside the scope of the post-operative follow-ups is considered a separate procedure,
therefore will be charged a separate consultation fee.
** Any bank charges associated with the wire/bank transfer will be charged to patient’s account
*** Additional charge will be added for Paypal transaction fee
COSMETIC SURGERY QUOTE VALIDITY
Quotes provided are valid for six (6) months from the date of your initial consultation. If you do not book your surgery within that time period, we recommend that you have another consultation with our Cosmetic Surgeon for the updated assessment and price.
Your physical condition and costs associated with your cosmetic surgery procedure change from time to time, please understand that we will need to adjust our prices based on the said changes.
Cosmetic Surgery Price Inclusions
When you book your procedure with us, the following are included in the price:
- Cosmetic Surgeon Professional Fee
- Anesthesiologist Professional Fee (when applicable)
- Operating Room (and Recovery Room fees, when applicable)
- Implants associated with the procedure such as goretex, silicone implants, etc.
- Medical equipment costs associated with the procedure
- Post-surgery medicine needed for your recovery
- Post-surgery accessories (when applicable) such as compression garments, bra,
- Post-operative follow-ups* are included in your fees
* Consultation of another procedure/treatment outside the scope of the post-operative follow-ups is considered a separate procedure,
therefore will be charged a separate consultation fee.
BOOKING YOUR COSMETIC SURGERY PROCEDURE
At the time of scheduling the date for your surgery, a down payment of ten thousand pesos (P 10,000.00) will be payable and will be deducted to the final cost of the surgery.
Scheduling the surgery date is on a first-paid-first-reserved basis. We will only be able to guarantee your surgery date when you have secured your deposit.
Your down payment reserves your slot on the surgery date, secures and schedules the Cosmetic Surgeon, Anesthesiologist and support staff including both your operating room, recovery room, nursing and anesthesia staff necessary for your procedure.
For this reason, the down payment is non-refundable. It is essential to keep your scheduled date, so be sure to have adequate transportation, accommodations in order including day/s off from work, assistance at home/accomodation, etc. in advance to ensure that you are confident in the date before you schedule it.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling may be done at least seven (7) days prior to the surgery date to give other patients a chance on the surgery slot that you have previously reserved.
Rescheduling less than seven (7) days to your surgery date forfeits your down payment. You are only allowed to reschedule your surgery once. Rescheduling your surgery date a second time forfeits your down payment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation may be done at least seven (7) days prior to the surgery date to give other patients a chance on the surgery slot that you have previously reserved. Down payment is non-refundable, but the full amount of your down payment will be credited to purchase any service or treatment available in our clinics. Credits are valid for one (1) year upon cancellation date.
Cancellation done less than seven (7) days prior to the procedure forfeits your down payment.
REFUND POLICY
Your payment covers all the costs necessary to your procedure. Therefore, all treatments and services once completed, are non-refundable.
We make it a point that our patients are fully-informed of the procedure they will undergo and the realistic outcome of the treatment. Please make sure that your questions are addressed and expectations of the procedure are in place prior to booking your surgery.
