Consultation Policy

Consultations are by appointment. Walk-ins are discouraged and only accommodated when available. Online consultations are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom upon payment. Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal (+5% surcharge). Separate concerns outside of post-op care will require a new consultation fee.

Surgery Quote Validity

Surgery Quote Validity Quotes are valid for six (6) months. After this, a re-evaluation may be necessary due to changes in your condition or associated costs.

Inclusions in Surgery Fees

Surgeon and anesthesiologist fees
Operating and recovery room charges
Surgical implants and tools
Post-surgery medications and accessories
Post-operative follow-ups (excluding separate treatments)

Surgery Booking

A non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your slot.
First-paid, first-reserved basis
Your down payment secures the full surgical team and facilities for your procedure
Please ensure travel, accommodation, and availability are arranged prior to booking

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule at least 7 days in advance
Only one reschedule allowed
Less than 7 days’ notice forfeits your down payment

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel at least 7 days prior to surgery date
Down payment is non-refundable but can be credited towards other services (valid for 1 year)
Cancellation within 7 days forfeits your down payment

Refund Policy

All completed treatments and services are non-refundable.
Patients are encouraged to clarify all questions and expectations prior to booking.
